"Time passes so the things don't happen all at once" is a work displayed at MAVI in the show of the XIII Premio MAVI BHP/Minera Escondida Arte Joven Contemporáneo, Santiago, Chile, August 2018.

In 8 steps we walk through the dismembering of happening: the common figure of a kiss turned line is broken: in motion. The stitching gold is presented, and then a full plate is dispersing in pieces, the same quantity as the ones left behind. So, the chaos is organized, ending the sequence with a disaster when the kiss is scored for many scars, as many as the verses of the text what walks with it, whom, as reconstructing itself, becomes to appear as the kiss is fading: the more pieces the fracture gathers, more lines of this evocation we can read (an old mexican song). In this breach we find time; is there where the viewer sees the fatigue and the unavoidable: the moment when more than a kiss we'll see only scars.
