Vicuña Mackenna Revisitado is a project from Agencia Felicidad to Museo Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna in Santiago, Chile, where 15 artists and illustrators made their interpretations of classical portraits of Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna. The painting made by Gaspar Álvarez depicts him above the map of Santiago that he design, and is titled “BVM sobre Santiago, 1873”. It’s on the permanent collection of the Museum since october 2019.
